The GForce Hainbach Expansion Pack is an expansive collection of over 150 Mellotron sounds, created in collaboration with Hainbach. Working closely with German electronic musician Hainbach, GForce are proud to present a unique expansion pack that offers a wide range of vintage sound generators and modern synth classics to add to your production arsenal. Sampling a range of unique instruments including the Kraut Kalimba, Maestro, Orchestral strings, Crumar Colors, Michelsonne, CRB 2000 as well as modern classics such as the OP1, you can implement expansive sonic textures in your songs.
Comprised of over 28 tape banks comprising 150 patches, the Hainbach expansion offers something for everyone. Supplied with the free M-Tron Select, you can get up and running with your sound design without any expansions needed. M-Tron Select comes loaded with an additional 50 patches spanning a wide range of quintessential M-Tron sounds for vast sonic landscapes or lo-fi textures.

Offering you a variety of distinctive textures sounds, the Hainbach expansion presents an opportunity to use everything from rare obscure devices to modern classics. Discover what vintage classics such as the Suiko ST-50 and modern powerhouses such as the Teenage Engineering OP1 have to offer and see how they can add dynamism and character to your productions. Recorded across the full 35-key range of a Mellotron, the Hainbach expansion includes a selection of chromatic string synths, ambient plucks and industrial-style textures.
Meticulous sampling for authentic tones
Each sample from the range of fascinating instruments was committed to tape and then re-recorded through Streetly Electronics Skeletron pre-amp to preserve all of the natural timbre and characteristics of the sound. Once captured and dropped into the award-winning M-Tron software engine, the final recordings were edited by Hainbach himself to ensure the expansion pack retains the character of the original instruments perfectly.

More than just a stripped-down player system, M-Tron Select comprises a curated selection of some of the most iconic GFroce Mellotron sounds in a simple and intuitive interface. Totalling over 50 additional patches, M-Tron Select offers you a wide range of sounds from a diverse palette of tones. Each patch is made up of one or two tape sounds and offers you a comprehensive set of controls to customise your tone, from Pan, Tune, Balance and Reverse functionalities. Covering just about everything you need from the revered M-Tron sound catalogue, M-Tron Select offers you the ability to capture everything from ambient soundscapes to lo-fi and vibey keys.
