The Drawmer DS-101 500 Series Noise Gate is a compact noise gate designed to be mounted in 500 Series racks. Taking inspiration from a single channel of Drawmer's DS201 hardware unit, the DS-101 incorporates variable highpass and lowpass filters for frequency focused gating. This noise gate offers smooth, natural and customisable processing to ensure every element of a mix comes through cleanly and clearly.
The DS-101 also features an envelope that helps you control the shape and intensity of your noise gating. When placed in a rack together, the DS-101 can be linked to multiple units, allowing you to chain multiple gates with unique envelope shapes to create envelope follower effects. Finally, this noise gate's ducking switch makes it ideal for sidechaining signals to maintain clarity in a busy mix.
