View Full DescriptionWhat can I use this module for?
This module can be used for a range of MIDI applications. It is ideal for converting analog sequences to MIDI, such as one generated by the A-155. It could also be used for generating random MIDI sequences by using a module such as the A-118-1 noise and random voltage generator. As well as this you might generate MIDI control data using analog voltages.
Features
- Two independent CV/Gate-to-MIDI/USB interfaces
- Use to convert analog signals to MIDI messages
- Each unit has a gate input, CVN input, CVV input, and CVC input
- CVN defines the MIDI note number, using a 1V/octave for a 10 octave range
- CVV defines the velocity of MIDI note messages or for MIDI volume
- CVC is a freely assignable MIDI control change number
- There is also a CV transpose input for both sub-units
- Use the learn buttons to adjust default MIDI settings
- Comes with both 5-pin MIDI in/out and a USB interface
