Each of the 12 voices in the Deepmind 12X features two analogue oscillators and LFOs, providing a classic sound with plenty of depth and warmth. That means you can build rich pads, aggressive basslines or layered leads without hitting a polyphony wall. The oscillators offer all the traditional shapes, plus pulse-width modulation and sync, giving you a solid range of tonal tools to play with.
If you like to stack or split voices, the flexible voice allocation helps you customise your setup depending on the patch or your performance needs.
Deep editing with built-in Wi-Fi
You don’t need to rely on the synth’s screen to get deep into patch design. The built-in Wi-Fi gives you instant access to the Behringer Deepmind editor on your computer or tablet, no extra hardware needed. You can tweak envelopes, mod routes, effects chains and more in a visual layout that’s quick and easy to use.
This makes it especially handy in the studio, where speed and precision make a difference.
Flexible modulation without the faff
The 8-slot modulation matrix is easy to get your head around, but deep enough to build evolving, expressive patches. You’ve got 19 modulation sources including LFOs, envelopes, keyboard tracking and more, plus over 130 destinations.
