The Vintage V6 24 features a smooth-feeling neck, designed for fast-paced shredding and riffing. The flat 16'' fingerboard and medium jumbo frets provide easy string bends and balance, while the satin finish means you can glide effortlessly across the neck. The neck is joined to the body with a low-profile bolt-on joint for unhindered reach to the top of the neck.
Despite the V6 24's accessible price, it features a quality American alder body with a maple neck and fingerboard. The alder body creates a bright tone with excellent sustain and resonance, while the maple neck enhances the guitar's top-end and gives a smooth playing surface for the left hand. The double cutaway body design provides easy access to all 24 frets, while the smooth contours mean you'll have a comfortable playing experience whether stood up or sat down.
Like all Vintage guitars, the V6 24 features Trev Wilkinson-designed hardware, built on years of industry experience. The VS50IIK Vibrato system can take all manner of whammy bar abuse, yet still return to pitch accurately after use, courtesy of its 2-point design.
The bridge offers full adjustability over action and intonation, and it is enhanced with Wilkinson WJ07LH E-Z-Lok™ machineheads, which lock down the strings for optimal tuning stability and quick string changes. The machineheads are mounted on a reverse headstock for optimal string tension, giving slinkier string bends on the top strings and a higher tension on the low strings for a confident feel when riffing.
The V6 24 is loaded with two Wilkinson dual coil humbuckers which give a high-powered output that is perfect for rock and metal styles of playing. The pickups are wired with a single volume and tone control arrangement for simple yet direct tonal adjustments, while the 3-way toggle provides access to both warm and bright sounds.
Total Guitar Magazine gave the V6M24 5 out of 5 stars!
"A well-made guitar at a great price - what's not to like?... For such a low-priced guitar, we're braced for some corner-cutting which, at this price point, would be forgivable. But no: the fretwork, neck join and practically all facets of build here are top-notch and comparable to guitars four or five times the price… Even before plugging in, the V6M24 is an absolute breeze to play."

Guitar Interactive Magazine also gave the V6M24 5 out of 5 stars!
" Vintage is onto a winner with this particular series of guitars. Whatever you do, don’t be put off by the low price being asked for this guitar. It should give some of its competitors cause for a long, hard look at their own offerings… The sustain is good thanks to quality construction and the guitar functions well with both clean and overdriven sounds, again competing with guitars costing two or three times as much with ease.
