Hardware that enhances

The SuperHoop IIs' triple-flanged design allows the Remo drumhead to vibrate as freely as possible, while also providing a great stick surface for rimshots and cross-sticks. But Pearl chose the thicker, 2.3mm variety which subtly dampens ringy overtones from the head to focus in on the magic beneath.

The CL bridge lugs reduce physical contact with the shell itself, minimising any restriction to its movement and maximising its beefy, full-bodied sound. The classic SR-017 snare strainer is simplicity itself, providing a smooth, no-nonsense action and world class control over your snare wire sensitivity.
