Whenever somebody talks about reverb, you'll most likely hear the name 'Lexicon' mentioned too. It's a name that has become synonymous with studio-quality reverberation for over four decades. They are the people behind one of the first, and most revered digital reverb units in existence. And ever since then, they have dedicated their time to crafting the ultimate digital processing tools in the industry.
Every Lexicon product is built with passion, and a true understanding of sonic performance. The MX300 is no exception. With 16 Lexicon reverbs, as well as delays, modulation effects, and dbx® compression and de-essing, you can sculpt your sound with a huge variety of options. Perfect for both the studio, and the stage.
Flexible and intuitive
The MX300 lets you work the way you want to. The intuitive front panel boasts simple controls, including a large LCD display with a Page/Select Wheel, three top-level parameter controls, and Exit, Tempo, and Bypass selectors. Making adjustments is simple, and you can see everything you're doing right on the front panel itself. These adjustments only require the bare minimum of knob tweaks, whilst the three parameter controls mean you can make instant changes to your selected program without having to wade through menus.
With five effects routing options available, you can control how your MX300 handles your signals. Choose from basic quad mono configurations, standard stereo routing, and a selection of more complex stereo setups. They can all be accessed quickly and easily with the front panel controls, providing you with even more options when it comes to sculpting your sound. You can choose from Dual Mono, Cascade (Series), Dual Stereo (Parallel), Mono Split, and Stereo.
Get connected
This versatile unit also features USB connectivity. This allows you to make use of the MX300 as a 'hardware plug-in' within your AU-compatible DAW (for PC and Mac, 32-bit only). You can get that legendary Lexicon reverb to use with your software-based production, and all without putting extra strain on your CPU.
The MX300 comes complete with Lexicon's MX-Edit™ Librarian software. With this, you can store and recall a huge variety of custom programs. This makes getting setup quicker in the future, as well as giving you rapid access to your favourite settings whenever you want them. There's also an enormous selection of genuine Lexicon settings, giving you an enormous variety of sonic choices to create an unforgettable sound.
